Mold design . Processing .Fabrication

In order to require ultra-precision mold parts, the factory has been completely controlled under a certain temperature and humidity.The most advanced machine tools and well-maintained machine tools are arranged in dust-free and clean factories to produce high-precision, high-quality mold parts.Design and manufacture ultra-precision, high-precision sequential molds that embodies the company's mold design concept "the idea of ultra-precision industry".Listen carefully to the opinions of customers, and design and produce molds that reflect the needs based on the content of the discussions. In order to provide customers with stable quality stamped terminals that are easy to use,Minimize the impact of the dynamic accuracy of the punching machine, and pursue "micro mold manufacturing" that can improve the precision life of the mold and the punching machine.

In order to reduce the short delivery time and cost of the mold, the standardization of each component was implemented, and the best surface roughness of the parts with high coating adhesion was pursued (pursuing Ra 0.1μm or less).


Mold assembly / commissioning

The mold parts produced by the parts processing department are assembled here, and the finishing department is assembled, and the molds are completed by experienced and skilled personnel.In this final assembly process, the fingertips that cannot be expressed with numerical values are also important, and the skilled person will sharpen the five senses vividly.Establish a short delivery time corresponding to the production of prototype molds that can meet the needs of market development L/T shortening * actual value = 3 weeks (mold design-until the submission of samples).Verify the stamping processability of prototype molds and extract the technical elements required for stable mass production. Mass production / Mold maintenance

Implement mold maintenance management that embodies the "modular combination" of the company's mold preparation concept, * verification and practice of the best use method of mold adjustment process, and practice of high-precision maintenance.

The implementation of "press terminal bending shape management" that does not affect the performance of the connector, the company's 50 stamping machines have stabilized the production of connector terminals with a monthly output of more than 6.5 billion pins (actual value).

Establish an optimal mass production system suitable for QCD (image inspection machines are standard equipment on mass production SPM350~1600 full press production lines).In order to achieve automation and labor saving, the full punch production line is also equipped with an automatic reel machine.In order to stably produce various connector terminals (to meet customer needs), we implemented a custom specification change for precision press machines.

The actual mass production material is t0.06mm~t0.6mm (various titanium copper/beryllium copper/brass/phosphor bronze/others)

Automatic measurement by KEYENCE image measuring machine (stabilize inspection accuracy and realize labor saving)

The CCD image size measuring machine is used to monitor the bending form of the entire process of the sequential mold to prevent the occurrence of problems. * There are many supply records of automotive connector terminals that accept quality requirements of level 1 or higher.

Use the latest measuring machine to measure the finished mold parts and the stamped products or plastic mold products produced by the assembled mold to judge the quality of the mold parts and molds.

The reliability of the Senmay-Seiko brand is improved by measuring in micrometers that does not allow compromise.

Processing examples of various IC lead frame terminals

Based on the fine processing technology cultivated by ultra-precision semiconductor dies, we provide high-precision, high-quality stamping dies for precision parts. Various lead frames for ICs have achieved an inner leg pitch of 0.15mm, the highest level in the lead frame industry. Compared with the previous lead frame, because the front end of the inner leg can be closer to the chip, the amount of gold wire used is reduced, the volume of the semiconductor is reduced, and the number of chips is increased, thereby improving its overall price-performance ratio.
